Mind, Body, and Soul
Relax & Rejuvenate
The most common form of massage. It involves soft, long, kneading strokes as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes on topmost layers of muscles. After a single session, you’ll start to see changes to your body, mind, and energy levels
This type of massage goes deeper into the layers of your muscle and connective tissue. This is not the type of treatment you’ll likely fall asleep during. Compared to Swedish massage, movements are generally slower and the pressure is a bit stronger and more concentrated on any areas where you might feel chronic tension or pain
Balance Your Chi
In reflexology, pressure is applied to specific reflex points on the foot. These points correspond to organs and areas of the body. The treatment is said to induce a healing response, even alleviating some ailments. This can be used in conjunction with other alternative therapies. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being.
A form of massage therapy that is performed while the client is fully clothed and seated upright. Expect to see reduced tension, stress relief, along with many other benefits. Chair massage is a much more portable way of bringing massage to clients. For this reason, seated massage is popular at events, trade shows, conventions, conferences, and other big events. It’s also an easy way for employers to provide massage at work.

A Shared Experience
A shared experience – a massage for two people, at the same time, in the same private room, but on two separate massage tables and performed by two massage therapists. A couples massage can be a great way to enhance the mental and physical benefits of the massage experience. While it’s common to choose a couples massage as part of a day of romance – with a spouse, boyfriend, or girlfriend – it’s also normal to opt for this treatment with a friend or other loved one.
